I’ve been going to the Abingdon location of Rivas weight management now for 2 months.I have to say I extremely happy with the results and the office. I highly recommend this program for those need directions on their journey. It allowed me to assess my triggers and how to handle them. The meditation I received gave me a jump start on this journey. I am still losing maybe not as fast as others but definitely in a positive direction.The staff was very supportive and encouraging and I feel they are acting in my best interest. The only negative thing was that the one center was on the second floor without an elevator but staff assisted me to get to the office and I transferred to a center that had an elevator and this was very smooth. So you need to ask if this is an issue because I never considered they would be grandfathered in. Otherwise I couldn’t be more happy

5 weeks in and I am about halfway to my weight loss goal! I started around 218 lbs, and I weighed in at 181 this morning. It has been surprisingly affordable, and they have lots of appointment times available to meet my scheduling needs. They actually care about your progress and help with side effects. There is a proper patient education component, too. I have lots of energy and confidence already!Update: I submitted my invoices to Cigna, and they counted the cost toward my deductible and might cover it! Woohoo!
