A personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer
Multiple endocrine neoplasia (MEN syndrome)
Type 1 diabetes
Type 2 diabetes already being treated with a GLP-1 medication
A history of pancreatitis
Chronic kidney disease (unless cleared by your nephrologist)
Pregnancy, nursing, or trying to conceive

Convenient Medication Delivery:
Once your treatment plan is established, the telemedicine weight loss prescription will be shipped directly to your home. This ensures you have easy and timely access to your medication without needing to visit the clinic.

No, we do not prescribe Phentermine or any controlled substances over telehealth. Currently, we offer semaglutide and tirzepatide through our telehealth services.

You will draw up your medication into a needle and give yourself the injection at home. We provide instructions to help you with this. If you have any questions or need help, you can ask your medical provider or call one of our offices.
