The staff is always pleasant, sometimes I have to be mindful that this is not my primary care Physician. I sometimes be expecting more engagement from the medical staff that is giving the GLP injection.😂😂😂😂. They definitely get you in and get you out with the quickness. Other weight loss places may make promises and guarantees, but instead of gimmicks we prefer to let the results speak for themselves. Results are dependent on individuals, so come and find out what you can achieve.

From what our patients share, results can start early—some notice a 5-pound drop after the very first injection. Others say they don’t see much movement until 6–8 weeks into treatment. Everyone’s journey is different. By starting low and increasing the dose gradually, we aim to keep side effects minimal and progress sustainable.

Semaglutide weight loss injections are a particularly good fit for you if you are looking for a long-term solution, you have taken phentermine or another stimulant medication (like ADHD meds) before, and/or you need to lose more than 10-15 lbs.

You cannot be treated with a semaglutide injection prescription if you have:

Medullary Thyroid cancer
Multiple endocrine neoplasia
Type 1 Diabetics
Type 2 diabetics already taking a GLP-1 medication
History of pancreatitis
Chronic kidney disease (unless cleared by nephrologist)
Nursing, Pregnant, or trying to get pregnant

During your weekly visit, you’ll meet with our staff to monitor your progress, address any challenges, and adjust your treatment plan as needed. This may include checking vital signs, administering weight loss injections and/or vitamin injections, and providing personalized support to help you stay on track with your goals.

We highly encourage weekly visits to maximize accountability and ensure the best results. However, we understand that weekly visits may not be feasible for everyone. For your convenience, we can send you home with medication, and we also offer telehealth services for those who live farther away or have time constraints.

Our patients often mention brief moments of nausea, changes in digestion like constipation or diarrhea, and feeling more tired than usual. Many have also noticed a reduced desire for alcohol.

Yes, unlike vaccines or many other shots you may think of, this injection is done with a tiny needle that only goes under the skin, not into muscle. Patients often don’t realize we already gave the semaglutide shot.

We do not process any insurance. Unfortunately, most insurance companies refuse to cover medical weight loss, but we are happy to provide invoices for reimbursement if your insurance does. Some patients are able to get reimbursed for the visit.

We offer telehealth services for patients residing in Maryland, Virginia and Florida who are interested in treatment with semaglutide or tirzepatide. Here’s how it works:
